Crystal Programming

In the realm of the metaphysical, those things outside of science as we know it, exists crystal programming. Crystal programming is the act of imprinting a crystal with energy through focused attention. The purpose may be to aid in meditation; for healing; for storing energy to use when focus is needed; to dispel negativity; or to enhance spiritual growth, spirituality, and wisdom. Quartz is particularly well-suited for this. Earth & Spirit does not suggest that the use of crystals should ever replace scientific medical care.

Programming is accomplished by holding the quartz in your dominant hand while meditating, or holding it before you while you focus your attention or prayers towards it while in a relaxed state of mind. There are many ways that devotees recommend cleansing crystals, and a good book on the subject may help.
